Difficulty in getting Enterprise plan, seeking assistance from Slack team

Hi there, we have been trying to get an Enterprise plan for our company and I’ve contacted both Sales and Plans & billing through the online form quite a few times but haven’t really heard back for some reason. I was wondering if this might be the right place to ask. Thanks!
