Does Sanity allow Typical "CMS" Document lists with Tables, Filterable Columns etc?

I know I asked this about two years ago but forget the discussion. Have I missed anything regarding the idea to allow for typical "CMS" document lists with tables, filterable columns, etc? Here as a related request https://github.com/sanity-io/sanity/issues/2211

Happy to report that the search issue mentioned on that feature request is no longer relevant!
It's highly unlikely that we'll ever ship the Studio with an out of the box table view but if you're set on setting up something similar to a table, you can install the
Super Pane plugin.
I'll also note that you can leverage a custom
Desk Structure to accomplish just about any view you're looking for.

that is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. Now sure how actively it is in development but will keep an eye on it / possibly contribute at some point
