Guidance on linking Vercel with Sanity using GROQ-based Webhooks for real-time updates

I'm looking for guidance on how to properly link Vercel with Sanity using GROQ-based Webhooks. I'm currently utilizing this URL: https://api.vercel.com/v1/webhooks/my-webhook .
Each time I make updates to either the content on Sanity or the code on Github, it takes roughly three minutes to deploy. Could someone assist me with this?

II need when I update content on sanity or update code on github the update will be realtime same as when I using wordpress.
now everytime I update content on sanity It took 3minute to deploy on vercel.

Are you using Next.js? If yes, I’d look into Incremental Static Regeneration
