How to Enable Custom Access Control on Project Plan

Hi, we are going to create custom access control on our project which is under an enterprise plan,by reading the documents, seems we need to enable the custom access control on project's plan,
may I know how could I check whether it is enabled or not in our project?

, I can confirm your project is on the Enterprise plan and has custom access control enabled, as well as third-party logins (SSO). Please let me know if you need any help with the setup itself 🙂
