How to provide organisational level access to developers in Sanity.io

Hi - I need to provide organisational level access to my developers but we can't seem to find how to do this. They have project level access

Do you have admin role in the organisation? If yes, when you visit https://manage.sanity.io/organizations/{your-org-id} you should see a 
Members
tab. Would that be what you are looking for here?

Thanks - I discovered our old web agency had organisation ownership so I have contacted them and sorted.
