Production website experiences downtime due to unexpected JSON value

My team have also just received "Unexpected JSON value" for approximately an hour which took down our production website, can anyone confirm if this is known issue and if it is now resolved or if any other impact is expected? - our site came back with no intervention

thanks for the update, is there any endpoint/healthcheck that in this situation would have reported the service to be unavailable/degraded?
