Is it reasonable to use a Sanity dataset as a data store for site visitor info, eg favourites/bookmarks, form submissions? Both from a security and practicality perspective

Another example is a project I helped build for a friend’s theater recently. They create a variety of “show/performance” documents that are mapped to their frontend as hyperlinks. A visitor clicks a link and it directs them to an ecommerce purchase page. Once purchased, the ecomm provider creates a document as a transaction receipt.
