Versioning the API - Setting Version in the Client

When versioning the API, I set apiVersion: '2021-06-07', in my config in the client. Is that enough? As long as I dont change the version in the client it wont use any newer updates, right?

That is correct. Since there havent been any new versions of the api since
2021-03-25
those dates are equivalent to each other and will remain so as long as you dont change the version. For a list of breaking changes to be aware of when upgrading from unversioned/
v1

Assuming that the client you configure this way is then imported to every location in your code you need to fetch data from Sanity πŸ™‚
