# Safer publishing and clearer document errors

## Improvements

- `publish_documents` tool: Now takes `ids` as an array of objects instead of an array of ID strings. Each entry accepts an optional `ifRevisionId` guard, which is passed to the Actions API as `ifDraftRevisionId` so publishing fails if the draft changed since the caller read it.

## Fixes

- `create_documents` tool: Fixed success reports when document creation fails, preserved per-document results for partially completed calls, and limited publishing guidance to cases where drafts were created.
- `list_workspace_schemas` tool: Report conflicting Studio workspace registrations and refuse ambiguous schema reads by workspace name. Use an advertised `schemaId` with `get_schema` to inspect an exact schema.
