# Run Sanity CLI commands and safer document patching

## New Features

- `run_sanity_cli` tool: Run a limited set of Sanity CLI commands through MCP without access to a local shell.

## Improvements

- `patch_documents` tool: Now reports when editing a published document creates a new draft, including the published revision it came from. Creation is pinned to that revision, and all requested patches are applied in the same transaction so an action failure rolls back the entire operation.

## Fixes

- `run_sanity_cli` tool: Fixed some commands returning an empty response instead of a table of returned data.
- `patch_documents` tool: Fixed one malformed document ID failing an entire call. Bad IDs are now rejected up front with a clear error naming the offending ID, and a single bad ID no longer discards the other edits in the same call.
