Fixes the non-dismissible "Reload to update to v6.10.0" button

Fixes a problem affecting auto-updating studios where v6.10.2 is reporting itself as v6.9.2, which shows the “Reload to update to v6.10.0“ action. Clicking it reloads the page, and since the CDN bundle reports that it’s v6.9.2 it continues to show the “Reload to update to v6.10.0“.
