Add folder descriptions and improve Media Library reliability

This release adds folder descriptions and includes bug fixes for filter menus, asset deletion safeguards, and connection recovery.

Add a description when creating a folder or edit it later in the sidebar.

• Filter menus now render correctly on short screens and scroll when needed.
• Asset deletion is disabled when it’s usage check fails, with a tooltip explaining why.
• Media Library reconnects after network interruptions or expired authentication and refreshes cached content.
