Fine-grained public access for Media Library aspects

Media Library aspect definitions can now be marked as public on an individual basis. This enhancement provides finer control over which aspect values can be resolved through unauthenticated queries, making it possible to selectively expose non-sensitive data while ensuring that other aspect values remain private and accessible only through authenticated requests.
