Cross Dataset bugfix

Upgrade the Command Line Interface (CLI) with:

npm install --global @sanity/cli

Upgrade Sanity Studio with:

sanity upgrade

• Fixes an edge case where a cross dataset reference to a deleted document would prevent you from changing the referring document
