Bugfixes and refinements

• Adds perspectiveStack to the list of available properties in Structure Builder.

• Fixes an error occurring when opening documents for users who do not have permission to fetch the organization id.
• Fixes an issue causing the "deleted" banner to appear briefly while a document is loading.
