deploy_schematool: Prefer editing local Sanity Studio schema files when a local project is available, reserving this tool for projects without a local Studio.
Fixes
create_datasettool: No longer normalizes dataset names before submitting them to the API. Clients are responsible for providing a valid dataset name.
