AI SDK v7 support

The @sanity/context package now works with both AI SDK v6 and v7. This fixes the build error (Export bindTelemetryIntegration doesn't exist in target module) when upgrading to ai@7.

On v7, pass the integration via telemetry: {integrations: [...]} and drop isEnabled. Existing v6 setups using experimental_telemetry work unchanged.
