Spending alerts for organization overage

Organizations can now set spending alerts in Manage. A spending alert sends an email and a Sanity Dashboard notification when the estimated overage on your organization plan reaches an amount you choose. Alerts never stop usage.

To add one, select your organization in Manage, then select Billing › Spending alerts. You can save up to 10 amounts in whole US dollars. An amount of $0 alerts you as soon as any resource goes over its included quota.

Alerts go to the organization's administrators and billing managers, and to the email address in the organization's billing details. Each alert is sent at most once per calendar month.

Spending alerts work on organization plans that bill overage, such as Growth and Enterprise. To put a hard cap on AI spend instead, set a spending limit.
