Remove deployed schemas and prepare for workspaceName deprecation

undeploy_schema tool: Remove an MCP-managed schema from a workspace.

Improvements

workspaceName parameter: Now deprecated for schema selection. Existing calls remain supported during migration, with guidance to consolidate competing schemas and omit the parameter when possible.
