Knowledge Bases, part of Sanity Context, pulls the facts out of your content and organizes them by topic. An agent asked "Does this speaker work with eARC TVs?" finds the answer in one lookup.

Your content lives in Sanity, but the process around it lives everywhere else. Workflows lets you model the stages a document moves through, next to the content, and lets each stage trigger the work it needs.

Your homepage hero says one thing to a first-time visitor and another to a returning customer. Usually that second version lives in a separate tool. Content Variants keeps both in the same document. Pass what you already know about the visitor, and Sanity returns the right one.
