Sigma's marketing team can be counted on one hand, and it supports a go-to-market organization of more than 200 people. At that ratio, and at a company growing past $200M ARR, marketing was running two to three iterations behind the field, and a new page took two weeks to build on Webflow.
Sigma’s marketing leader, Luke Stanke, partnered with Maciej Trzciński at Tonik to migrate off Webflow onto Sanity: roughly 1,600 documents, 128 section types across 11 page types, no content freeze, and a rebrand running at the same time. On top of the content model they built a guidance layer, so an agent knows not just what's valid but which section is right for the page.
What that bought them is a different operating model. Business development reps now build their own account pages in about five minutes, a few people run the website in a 30-minute meeting on Mondays, and marketing is no longer the thing holding up the field. This session covers what they built, what it took, and what the field does with it now.
What you'll learn
- Migrating a half-structured site without stopping: scraping hand-built pages into one data model, with importers Maciej could rerun
- What an agent needs beyond a schema: the guidance layer that tells it which section is right, not just what's valid
- Putting page creation in the field's hands: Luke's ABM workflow, prompt to published page in about five minutes
- Getting more from content you already have: a weekly agent that refreshes recommendations across 700 blog posts
If you want an agent publishing at real quality and you're not sure what your content layer needs first, this session is for you.
- Two workflow walkthroughs: ABM pages and blog recommendations
- Live chat Q&A with Luke, Maciej, and the Sanity team
- Recording sent to all registrants
