Sanity on Sanity

The sales stack we built instead of buying

Our sales team built their own enablement platform on Sanity: a knowledge hub, a practice arena powered by Sanity Context, and AI-drafted battle cards. No frontend to maintain.

Episode 3

The sales stack we built instead of buying

Our sales team was in hyperlink hell, so they built their own enablement platform on Sanity.

Andrew Gray, our former head of sales enablement, had the idea for years but didn't want to maintain a separate frontend. The App SDK meant he didn't have to. The content was already structured and governed in Sanity, so the team built custom apps directly on top of it, without pulling in engineering. Publish a change once, and it shows up everywhere it's referenced, across every app and agent.

In this third episode of Sanity on Sanity, you'll see:

  • A knowledge hub and onboarding platform for the field
  • A battle card process that's updated weekly with AI and flagged for human review
  • A practice arena powered by Sanity Context, where reps drill on product knowledge, climb a leaderboard, and get a hint pulled from the docs when they're stuck

Build your own with the App SDK, Sanity Context, and Knowledge Bases.
