-4058 Error When I Try to Init a Project

Hi everyone, I recently graduated college(very recently) and Im looking to find a platform that will host a portfolio and that I can get a domain name/email from, I wanted to try sanity on Adrian from JSM's recommendation but everytime I try to init the project it spawns an error -4058 when I try to authenticate, I searched around on the net can't find any duplicate of the error

Hey ! Congrats on your recent graduation. You were right to try setting your path env variable. That's -4058 what we suggest. Can you try some of the fixes suggested in this Stack Overflow thread that deals with the same error on a Windows machine (though, not Sanity-specific).
