Hello everyone,I have the following problems: first I tried to contact the support via email multiple times now, no respond at all. The initial reason for my contacting was that I cant seem to invite collaborators to my project. My solution was to try making a new account and try again. This worked up to the point where I had to login to my new account whichagain I dont seem to manage, cause it automatically chooses the old one when I select email and password authentication.
I would be really greatful if someone could help me thanks

I can help you with both issues you're experiencing! Let me address them one at a time:

Inviting Collaborators to Your Project

Based on the Sanity documentation on projects, members must be explicitly invited to each project. Here's what you need to know:

To invite team members:

  1. Go to sanity.io/manage and select your project
  2. Navigate to the project settings where you can manage team members
  3. You'll need Administrator role permissions to invite new members

Important: Members must be invited to each project individually, even if they're part of the same organization. Also, make sure you're on a plan that supports the number of team members you need - different Sanity plans have different collaboration limits.

If you're unable to see the invite option, it's possible that:

  • You don't have Administrator permissions on the project
  • Your current plan doesn't support additional members
  • There might be a configuration issue with your project

Switching Between Multiple Accounts

The issue you're experiencing with automatically logging into your old account is a common browser behavior. Here are some solutions:

Quick fixes:

  1. Use an incognito/private browser window - This will let you log in to your new account without browser auto-fill interference
  2. Clear your browser cookies and cache for sanity.io
  3. Use different browsers - Keep your old account in one browser and new account in another
  4. Log out explicitly from your old account before attempting to log in with the new one

Better long-term solution: Instead of creating a new account, you might want to troubleshoot the original invitation issue with your existing account, as managing multiple personal Sanity accounts can get complicated.

Getting Support

Regarding your support email attempts - Sanity does have support channels, but response times can vary depending on your plan level. Here are alternative ways to get help:

  1. Slack Community - The Sanity Community Slack is very active and you'll often get faster responses there
  2. GitHub Discussions - For technical issues, the Sanity GitHub is monitored by the team
  3. Community forums - Community members can often help with common issues
  4. Check your plan's support level - Different plans have different support SLA guarantees

For the invitation issue specifically, I'd recommend posting in the Slack community with your project details (without sharing sensitive info) - the team and community are usually very responsive there. The community can help determine if this is a permissions issue, plan limitation, or something else entirely.
