Sanity
Our sales team was in hyperlink hell. Information scattered and outdated across too many places, and enablement held together by a folder of Looms and a spreadsheet. Andrew Gray, head of sales enablement, had tried to buy his way out with an LMS, competitive intelligence tools, and expensive consultants. Still, each one fragmented after implementation, so he decided to build it.
He'd had the idea for years but didn't want to maintain a separate frontend. The App SDK meant he didn't have to. Content was already structured and governed in Sanity, so with it, the team could build custom apps directly on top of it, without pulling in engineering. Publish a change once, and it shows up everywhere it's referenced, across every surface (apps and agents alike).
Tune in to see everything they built, and join the live Q&A:
- Knowledge hub and onboarding platform for the field
- Battle card process that’s updated weekly with AI and flagged for human review
- Gamification they added with Sanity Context, which powers a practice arena where reps drill on product knowledge, climb a leaderboard, and get a hint pulled from the docs when they're stuck.
