Matt Chamberlain, Director of Applied AI Product at Braze, shows us how they built an internal competitive intelligence tool that turned Gong calls, Slack messages, and meeting notes into a single source of truth for the sales team. Both people and agents can act on the content. And it only took a day to build.
Annie Glasius, Head of Product Design, and David Annez, SVP of Engineering at Sanity, joined Matt as he walked through how he put two products we launched at the event to work:
Knowledge Bases
Turns Braze's structured competitive intel into Markdown fact sheets agents read over MCP, with contradictions between sources surfaced for a person to resolve.
Workflows
Runs their Gong call review process. An agent checks each sales call against the competitive playbook, validates claims about products, drafts updates to the intel, and flags coachable moments. A human reviewer approves what flows back into the dataset.
The front end is a vibe-coded app built with the Sanity App SDK, with Sanity Functions as the runtime, deployed right in the Sanity dashboard with auth for free.
