Sora Alternative

Sora Alternative started from a simple frustration: most AI video tools rely on a single model, which often limits creativity and makes it hard to explore different styles or outputs. While testing various tools, I found that switching between platforms was time-consuming and disrupted the creative workflow.

To solve this, I focused on building a multi-model approach that brings different AI video models into one place. The challenge was not just integrating APIs, but creating a workflow where users can easily switch models, compare results, and iterate quickly without complexity. Balancing simplicity with flexibility became a key design goal.

Another challenge was handling differences between models—each has its own strengths, formats, and limitations. Instead of forcing a unified output, I designed the system to let users experiment and choose what works best for their needs.

Through this process, I learned that creators value speed and flexibility more than perfect control. By simplifying the workflow and enabling fast experimentation, Sora Alternative became less about “editing videos” and more about exploring ideas efficiently.
