Termogar

Termogar is a modern eCommerce platform built for a leading HVAC retailer in southern Spain. The main goal was to deliver a fast, SEO-optimized website capable of handling a large product catalog with frequent updates — all while maintaining excellent performance and user experience.

The project was developed using Next.js for the frontend and Sanity as the headless CMS, allowing full control over product data, structured content, and metadata. We integrated dynamic product pages powered by GROQ queries, ensuring that all data — from pricing to specifications — stays consistent and easy to manage.

One of the biggest challenges was migrating from a slow WordPress setup with limited control over structured data. We solved this by building a custom synchronization layer that pulls and updates product data automatically using Sanity and Google Merchant Center APIs. To handle large updates efficiently, we implemented concurrency control using p-limit, and set up cron jobs for scheduled syncs.

From a marketing perspective, SEO was a top priority — we implemented structured data with JSON-LD, server-side rendering with Next.js, and dynamic meta tags to improve organic discoverability. The end result is a site that loads lightning-fast, ranks well, and converts effectively.
