The project centered around developing a dynamic, visually appealing, and user-friendly marketing website for The Perrie, a collection of modern one-bedroom condominium residences located in Turtle Bay, New York. The website was designed to showcase The Perrie’s unique blend of modern luxury, refined design, and urban convenience. Given the project’s emphasis on sophisticated living spaces, the website needed to reflect the brand’s ethos of elegance, modern aesthetics, and upscale craftsmanship.
To achieve these objectives, we used Next.js for server-side rendering and optimal performance, Tailwind CSS for highly customizable and consistent styling, Framer Motion for smooth, interactive animations, and shadcn for modern UI components. Additionally, we collaborated closely with JakobJakob, a Brooklyn-based partner for branding, to ensure the website design, typography, and visual identity were aligned with The Perrie’s refined brand ethos. This strategic partnership allowed us to bridge branding and development seamlessly, delivering a cohesive digital experience that highlights The Perrie’s modern sophistication and urban charm.
