The project centered around developing a dynamic, visually captivating, and user-friendly marketing website for 144 Vanderbilt, a boutique collection of 26 meticulously designed two-to-four-bedroom residences in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The website was crafted to showcase 144 Vanderbilt’s unique architectural design, lush greenery, and harmonious blend of modern living with nature. With its emphasis on shared and private outdoor spaces, the website needed to evoke the sense of tranquility, sophistication, and community that defines life at 144 Vanderbilt.
To achieve these objectives, we used Next.js for server-side rendering and optimal performance, Tailwind CSS for highly customizable and consistent styling, Framer Motion for smooth, interactive animations, and shadcn for modern UI components. The website highlights the property’s unique architectural form, staggered design, and abundant natural light, while also offering immersive visuals of the landscaped gardens, terraced outdoor spaces, and panoramic skyline views.
Additionally, we collaborated closely with JakobJakob, a Brooklyn-based partner for branding, to ensure the website’s design, typography, and overall visual identity reflected the essence of 144 Vanderbilt’s modern, nature-infused lifestyle. This strategic partnership allowed us to seamlessly align branding and development, delivering a cohesive digital experience that captures the essence of 144 Vanderbilt as a serene urban oasis, where modern luxury and natural beauty coexist.
