About the project

Openwork and designer Abby Muir came to us looking to build a new site for their modern staffing agency.

With a long history, and strong local roots in the Austin, Texas area, they needed to keep an intuitive look and feel to the site while also handling the complex task of plugging into their own staffing software, giving users a rich experience to discover new jobs and apply to them.

We built a sync function to regularly update job listings via Netlify functions, and built on top of Algolia to give users a rich search experience, all the while giving our clients an intuitive editing experience to build industry-specific and location-specific landing pages to bring in more job seekers.
