About the project

Utilita is currently the energy provider of choice for over 830,000 households in the UK. Adaptable worked with them to craft several user experiences to onboard customers to new and existing services across their Home range.

The quote funnels are powered by Sanity CMS and integrate with Utilita's CRM system to provide a seamless experience. The funnels also integrate externally with GOV.UK to pull in eligibility information about government energy schemes
