About the project

Garden is a patent research and intelligence platform that started as a Stanford dorm room project. In mid-2025 we led a full rebrand and website redesign.

The new identity and site make Garden’s role as a trusted IP partner clear. They had to communicate technical rigor, discretion and confidence to three very different audiences: legal teams, enterprises and researchers. The visual language borrows from patent drawings and figure callouts, and the site pairs it with clear pages for Garden’s offensive and defensive patent tools.

Content, including news and announcements, is managed in Sanity, with a Next.js front end. The website won the 2026 Webby Award in the Law category.

Services: brand identity, content strategy, UX design, digital design, art direction, 3D rendering and web development.
