Hii have quqestion why my account doesnt have any plan
AI Update

I understand you're concerned about your account not showing any plan. Let me help clarify what's likely happening:

All Sanity accounts automatically have a plan - by default, every account starts with a Free plan. According to the Plans and Payments documentation, "All Sanity projects are on a plan (by default a free plan), which comes with a set of included features and monthly resource quotas."

Here are the most common reasons why you might not see a plan displayed:

1. Check your organization settings Billing and plans are managed at the organization level, not the project level. Go to manage.sanity.io and look at your organization's billing section - this is where your plan information should be visible.

2. You're already on the Free plan The Free plan is automatic and includes:

  • Unlimited admin users
  • 10,000 documents
  • 5GB assets
  • Community support

If you can create and use projects, your Free plan is working fine even if it doesn't explicitly display "Free Plan" everywhere.

3. Display issue vs. actual problem If you can create projects and use Sanity services normally, this is likely just a display issue rather than an actual problem with your account.

What to do:

  • First: Try accessing manage.sanity.io directly and check the "Plan" tab for your organization
  • If you can use Sanity normally: Your Free plan is active, even if not clearly labeled
  • If you genuinely can't use services: Contact Sanity support directly - they can check your account status and resolve any billing system issues

The Free plan should be automatically assigned to your account when you sign up, so if there's truly no plan associated, that would be unusual and worth contacting support about.

Hi
user M
thanks for reporting this, you may be able to resolve this by refreshing the page. We are looking into a possible fix internally but there isn’t anything to worry about in regards to your specific plan, it instead looks to be a small UI bug.
Hithanks to back to me but still i cant do anything
i tried new browser nothing i am stuck 😞
I can attempt to invite myself in to the project to see if I can solve the issue that way if you are comfortable?
sure
but i cannot have access to members
I can send the invitation through a backend service internally on our end. One moment
Ok, I am not seeing any of the same issues you are when I logged in to the project, can you try logging out of sanity completely and then back in (clicking your profile in the top right corner and logging out)?
same
Hmm, I am going to remove you from the project, and then re-invite you as the administrator. Please check your email for the invitation here shortly.
ok
Invitation is on it’s way now
same
Thanks for walking through all of these steps in troubleshooting with me. I am going to escalate this to our backend team with the information I have gathered and circle back around to you as soon as I hear back or know more. That said, there is a bit of difference in time zones so please be patient as we work to resolve this.
sure no problem
Again, my apologies this isn’t working as intended for you, quite a strange bug indeed.
take your time
Fixed thanks 👏
I’m just starting here, leaning (and loving). I think I ran into similar snag

or other, I seen to have a conflict with the plans on mine too. See screenshot. How can I remove one, and ensure I'm working with the Boosted Growth Trial?
