Error when viewing and deleting a document, resolved by upgrading to the latest version.

Hi all, I'm trying to view a document but am getting the error:
Error: Cannot apply an "insert_node" operation at path [5] because the destination is past the end of the node.
The problem is I can't even delete the document because selecting it in the UI throws this error. When I try to use the CLI to delete it by its ID, it says the document does not exist.

What version of the Studio are you running?

You should upgrade to the latest version to see if the problem persists.
