How to specify which part of a document triggers a webhook in Sanity.io.

hi everyone! does any know if its possible to specify which part of the document gets updated to call the webhook? eg. only call the webhook when the main image of a document changes. Cause now my webhook triggers everytime any sort of update happens to the document
