Oops. Looks like something broke on the management portal....
AI Update

I can see you're having trouble with the Sanity management portal! This is frustrating when you need to access your projects.

First, the good news: according to the Sanity Status page, all systems are currently operational, including the Dashboard and Manage interfaces. So there doesn't appear to be a widespread outage right now.

Here are some things you can try to troubleshoot:

Quick fixes:

  • Hard refresh your browser - Try Ctrl+Shift+R (or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to clear any cached issues
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies - Sometimes stale data can cause portal issues
  • Try a different browser or incognito/private mode - This helps rule out browser-specific problems
  • Check your internet connection - Make sure you have a stable connection

Authentication issues: If you're having trouble logging in, you might be experiencing the issue where multiple login methods can cause confusion. Make sure you're using the same login method (Google, GitHub, email, etc.) that you originally used to create your account.

Check for ongoing issues: You can always monitor status.sanity.io for real-time updates on system performance. You can also subscribe to get notifications about incidents via email, SMS, or Slack.

Still broken? If none of these work, I'd recommend:

  1. Reaching out to Sanity support with specific details about what you're seeing
  2. Posting in the Sanity Community Slack where the team and community can help troubleshoot

Can you share more details about what specifically is breaking? (Error messages, what you're trying to do, etc.) That would help narrow down the issue!

Experiencing same issue. Do we know if this is a Sanity issue or a Vercel issue? Seeing it on our own Vercel website powered by Sanity.
I’m not currently having issues accessing Manage. What browser are you using?
Twitter seems to think it's a Vercel issue. We're on Chrome, it's been in and out.
I'm using Chrome.
Okay, it looks like Vercel is the culprit here but we’re still investigating. I’ll update here as info comes in.
Seems ok on our end now!
Looks like we should all be back to normal! Let us know if you experience any more weirdness.
Thank you for reporting!
