Need help generating a "Create Session" token for SSO integration

Hi! I need to generate a “Create Session” token in order to integrate with a SSO solution but it looks like I’m only able to add read/write/deploy. Any pointers?(all enterprise features are enabled)

If using the write token I get
error ClientError: The mutation(s) failed: Insufficient permissions; permission "manage" required
