Without seeing the specific error message you're encountering, it's difficult to provide targeted troubleshooting steps. Error messages during organization creation can vary widely - from authentication issues to billing problems to browser-specific glitches.

Here are some general troubleshooting steps that often help with Sanity account and organization issues:

Basic browser troubleshooting:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies for sanity.io domains
  • Try a different browser (Firefox, Safari, Edge) to see if it's browser-specific
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily, especially ad blockers or privacy tools that might interfere
  • Make sure you're using an up-to-date version of Chrome

Account-related checks:

  • Verify you're logged into the correct Sanity account
  • Try logging out completely and logging back in
  • Check if you already have organizations at the maximum limit for your account

If you can share the specific error message, that would help the community provide much more targeted advice. Error messages often point directly to the issue - whether it's a validation problem, a billing requirement, or something else.

For immediate help, I'd recommend:

  1. Contact Sanity Support - they can look at your account specifically and see what's happening on their end
  2. Join the Sanity Community on Discord and share the exact error message - someone may have encountered the same issue

If you can reply with the specific error text or a screenshot, the community would be better equipped to help diagnose what's going wrong!
