My Sanity login is through Google, but I don't have access to my Google account, what should I do? I've websites of over 15 clients there šŸ˜Ø

Sorry to hear, Henrique! If thereā€™s no way to recover access to the Google account, Iā€™m afraid thereā€™s no easy option to just migrate things over to an alternative login provider - not yet anyway.
Are you still logged in to Sanity? In that case, you could add yourself as a new Admin on each of these projects. If not, another Admin will have to do so. Both of these options work separately per project (and per organisation too) for now, which is not ideal.

Feel free to DM me if you need extra details etc.

Hey Peter! Thanks for being so responsive ā¤ļø
I've invited my new account to manage every site I could, but there are still 3 client sites that I'm stuck with. I'm afraid that adding the extra user in order for me to login with the email-based account will incur in a 10 USD charge this month for the quota usage. Can you let me know if this is the case or if I can do the switch quickly to avoid it?

Another possibility I see is inviting my new email and deleting the old one before accepting the invite, but I fear it'll invalidate the invite and get me stuck out of the system

I'm sure all of this is in Sanity's pipeline, but moving forward I truly believe manage.sanity.io deserves a lot more love, or else you might get burned with potential clients due to these quirks... Let me know if you need any user testing or research on the matter šŸ™‚

Hey again! Iā€™m glad you were able to get back into most of the projects at least. You can indeed quickly make the switch and avoid having to pay for the extra user as long as you delete the original account shortly after. No need to remove the old account before accepting the invite.
Andā€¦ we hear you! Thereā€™s some work planned on Manage in the fall/winter, so things should start looking better soon hopefully. I agree thereā€™s plenty of room for improvement over there.

Also, thanks for offering to test along the way. Your other feedback/bug reports have been super useful and well documented, so we couldnā€™t be happier to hear your thoughts
